We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
From time to time ZIPPYUP run promotions and offers on selected products or lines, we refer to these collectively as our "Promotional Offers". All qualifying Promotional Offers will be automatically applied to your online order. All of our Promotional Offers are subject to the below terms and conditions:
- They are valid on full-priced items and on sale or promotional items which are already discounted;
- They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;
- They are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication on the website, they cannot be used outside of that period;
- If an item is returned which brings the amount spent below any qualifying level, the offer value may be deducted from any refund; and;
- All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods and the delivery charges (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). To cancel your order please contact our customer care team on angela@zippyup.com or by phone on 07904 090821.
You will have 14 days from cancellation to return the goods, and we will provide a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Goods must be returned new, unused, unwashed and in original packaging (including documentation) to obtain a refund.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our returns policy.

DELIVERY
All ZIPPYUP parcels will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri) from purchase.
Orders are despatched by Royal Mail can take 1-5 days to receive after shipping (depending on your choice of postage).
Should your order not arrive, please contact ZIPPYUP, a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 15 days has elapsed.
Should your item not arrive but tracking states it’s been delivered by Royal Mail it will be your responsibility to contact Royal Mail with the tracking information and raise a case with them.

All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site www.zippyup.com. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addresses.
