You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods and the delivery charges (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). To cancel your order please contact our customer care team on angela@zippyup.com or by phone on 07904 090821.
You will have 14 days from cancellation to return the goods, and we will provide a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Goods must be returned new, unused, unwashed and in original packaging (including documentation) to obtain a refund.

All ZIPPYUP parcels will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri) from purchase.
Orders are despatched by Royal Mail can take 1-5 days to receive after shipping (depending on your choice of postage).
Should your order not arrive, please contact ZIPPYUP, a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 15 days has elapsed.
Should your item not arrive but tracking states it’s been delivered by Royal Mail it will be your responsibility to contact Royal Mail with the tracking information and raise a case with them.
